GJ type sealed series laboratory sample preparation pulverizer adopts the "anti-loosening device for pressing the material bowl", which is light and reliable. Fully sealed, no dust spillage, no need for exhaust and dust removal. High-frequency vibration grinding, high grinding efficiency, uniform particle size, no mixing, no need to sieve and divide.Disc vibration mill is composed of two discs, one of which is a moving disc driven by a motor and the other is a stationary disc. The sample is crushed by the pressure and friction force generated by the rotation of the two discs.
Structures
Shaking table consists of transmission, electronic motor or by diesel, slope adjuster, bed, ore groove, water groove and lubricating system
1.Transmission
The transmission is of rugged construction and requires minimum maintenance. Its internal mechanism is splash lubricated from an integral oil pump.
2.Decks
The decks are built of 16 mm zircon-reinforced fiberglass with fabricated steel frames at the bottom and are easy to clean, not have common maintenance. The fiberglass decks have characteristic of water-resistance and corrosion-resistance.
3.Feed box and water box A wooden feeding box with hooper and long water box are attached to the iron of deck, to make feeding evenly.

Q1: What's the standard length of your profiles and tube?
A: The standard length of profiles and tube are 5800mm to suit for small container, and we also can cut to specific length, however a surcharge of machining and material scrap cost will be charged accordingly based on each individual invoice.
Q2: What's your MOQ?
A: we have no MOQ for our new customers, however a surcharge of USD80 will apply for all orders less that USD 1000 for custom handing cost purpose.
Q3: what is your payment terms?
A: The payment terms we accept is T/T or irrevocable L/C at sight, T/T preferred.
Q4: What's the lead time for small order and mass production?
A: 1-3 working days for small order, and 3-10 working days for mass production of material, and the final lead time will be subject to each individual invoice.
Q5: What certification do you have?
